Lindsey Hutchings is a Registered Nurse, Psychotherapist, and nurse writer focused on mental health, emotional well-being, and personal growth. She provides online psychotherapy to adults across Ontario, as well as residents of Quebec and Newfoundland and Labrador. Growing up in rural Ontario, Lindsey understands the unique challenges individuals face in accessing mental health support and the importance of building resilience and self-awareness in daily life.
