Workshops

Community Wellness Workshops

I offer educational wellness workshops for community groups, healthcare settings, and organizations across Northern Ontario.

These sessions are practical, skill-based, and grounded in both nursing and psychotherapy practice. Each workshop is designed to provide clear information, usable tools, and space for respectful discussion.

Workshops are educational in nature and are not therapy sessions.

Workshops typically include:

• Clear education on the topic
• Practical strategies and skill-building
• Printable worksheets or handouts
• Guided discussion
• Space for questions

Sessions are designed to be accessible, grounded, and relevant to the community hosting them.

Current workshop offerings include:

• Healthy Seniors: Staying Safe, Steady & Supported
• Caregiver Burnout & Resilience
• Nervous System Regulation & Stress Management
• Healthy Workplaces & Burnout Prevention
• Understanding Trauma & Emotional Regulation
• Addictions & Community Support

Additional topics can be developed based on community needs.
